Settlement on the purchase of the property occurred today, April 30, 2014. Settlement was processed by Sage Title Group at a Long & Foster Realtor office located in Bel Air, Maryland. Bill Shilling from Long & Foster was our buyer's agent for the property. Bill is extremely knowledgeable on land sales in Harford County Maryland and was very helpful in negotiating the terms of the sales agreement. Bill was also a key player in the preliminary planning and zoning and general preparation of this lot when it was carved out of the larger Fitch farm property over seven years ago. Thanks Bill!
